Plain language. By creating an account or using Ghost, you agree to this.

What Ghost is

Ghost is software you install and run on your computer. The website is for accounts, billing, docs, and download. We do not run your product monitors in the cloud.

Your responsibility

• You own the network risk. Store blocks, captchas, rate limits, and bans hit your connection and accounts, not a shared Ghost server.
• You are responsible for how you use Ghost, including links, settings, checkout, accounts, and payment methods.
• Follow each store’s terms and applicable law. Ghost is a tool. Misuse is on you.

No purchase or profit guarantee

• Alerts are best effort. Others may buy before you.
• We do not guarantee carts, checkouts, orders, restocks, or profits.
• If checkout is on your plan, it can still fail for stock, captchas, payment declines, or site changes.

License and billing

• An active paid (or admin) license is required to use monitoring features.
• If payment fails or you cancel, the key becomes inactive and Ghost will refuse to start the monitor.
• Do not share, resell, or publicly post license keys.
• Slot limits and per-store caps are part of the product. Circumventing them is not supported.

Accounts and data

• Keep your password and license key private.
• Shipping and card details you enter in Ghost stay on your machine. Do not email us card numbers.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share keys, or attempt to attack the site or license API.

Software as-is

Ghost and this site are provided “as is.” Stores change pages often. Features may break until updated. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost purchases, account bans, chargebacks, or downtime.
